Tour Policies

Our tour policies are here to make your booking process simple and your ride enjoyable, whether you’re joining us for a Central Park or NYC pedicab tour.

Pricing
All prices are for one pedicab per tour. We do not charge by the passenger.

Passenger Limit
Each pedicab accommodates up to 3 passengers, including small children, as required by New York City regulations. If your group is larger, you can book additional pedicabs at the time of reservation. In addition, rates apply per pedicab.

Weight Limit
For safety and comfort, the passenger area has a maximum weight limit of 500 lbs.

Restrooms
We’re always happy to make bathroom stops during your tour. Just let your guide know a few minutes in advance so we can find a convenient spot.

Time Zone
We schedule all tours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Payment
We collect payment (USD) at the end of your tour. No advance deposits or prepayments are required. We gladly accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Please note: we are unable to take credit cards. However, tips are always appreciated but never expected.

Pickup & Drop-off Location
All tours begin and end at the corner of 56th Street and 7th Avenue. Click here for more information and a photo of the meeting spot.
We do not offer pickups or drop-offs at cruise terminals or ferry terminals.

Cancellations

If You Need to Cancel
Whether it’s weeks ahead or last minute, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp at +1 (347) 883-6977. This ensures your guide isn’t waiting unnecessarily, especially in bad weather, and gives another guest the chance to book your time slot.

Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, let us know right away. We’ll do our best to adjust and accommodate you. Your guide will wait at the meetup location and try to contact you at the phone number you provided for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If we don’t hear from you and you do not arrive, your tour will be cancelled.

Right to Cancel
If we need to cancel, reschedule, or change the meetup location for your tour, we’ll make every effort to contact you using the phone number and email you provided. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and accessible during your visit to NYC.

We may cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues, citywide events, or other disruptions beyond our control. In these cases, we’ll always do our best to reschedule your tour at a time that works for you.

Weather & Tour Conditions

Rain
For Central Park Tours, light rain usually isn’t a problem — our pedicabs have roofs and tarps to help keep you dry. However, heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or snow may result in cancellation for safety reasons.

For City Tours, comfort and visibility are especially important. Heavy rain or storms may lead to cancellation and rescheduling to ensure the best possible experience.

Cold Weather & Temperature Policy
For your comfort and safety, all tours may be cancelled or rescheduled if the forecast windchill temperature falls below 40°F (4°C). While our pedicabs offer some protection from the elements, we want every ride to feel enjoyable — not uncomfortable.

Strong or gusty winds can also affect safety. Even when the temperature is above freezing, high winds can make it difficult to safely operate the pedicab (especially with the canopy), so tours may occasionally be postponed for that reason as well.

If extreme cold or wind is expected a few days in advance, we’ll reach out early to offer rescheduling options.

If conditions look borderline, we’ll follow up the night before or morning of your tour to confirm whether it will go ahead as planned.

Accessibility & Mobility Information

We welcome guests of all ages and abilities, and we do our best to make every tour safe and comfortable. A few important notes:

Wheelchairs
Cannot be attached to the pedicab. We can help coordinate a safe place to leave them during your ride.

Braces & Small Supports
These can usually be brought along without issue.

Crutches & Larger Items
Crutches are often too long to fit safely in the pedicab. If you have multiple braces or other supports, we can usually secure them with a bungee cord, but please let us know in advance.

If anyone in your group has mobility needs or uses aids, please contact us before your tour so we can plan accordingly. Our guides are flexible and patient, and we’ll work with you to make the experience as smooth as possible.

Important:
Our guides are always happy to lend a hand when guests are getting in or out of the pedicab, but participation is at your own risk. We cannot assume responsibility for personal mobility or medical needs.

About Our Tour Guides
Our team is made up of licensed New York City Sightseeing Guides who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences. In rare cases, we may need to assign a substitute guide. We only work with trusted professionals who meet our high standards.

Tour Duration
We design our tours to last approximately the advertised duration. Timing can vary based on guest preferences (walking ability, time at stops, photo opportunities) and external factors like traffic or weather. As a result, we aim to provide a flexible, enjoyable experience tailored to your needs.
